Assessment centers

‘Less is more’… that is why we aim as a HR service company exclusively at executive search, selection, assessment and development centers. We do this where we are really good at, as a specialist for entire Belgium.

 

In support of your selectionproces and/or internal potential evaluation we can deliver following services:

  • Individual psycho-technical screening and competence measurement
  • Individual assessment center with psychological tests
  • Individual assessment center with simulations
  • Psycho-technical screening and competence measurement for groups
  • Group assessment with psychological tests
  • Group assessment with simulations


In addition to the ‘classical’ personality, workattitude and aptitude tests we use in-basket tests, group discussions, role plays, simulations, cases, presentation excercises and panel interviews in accordance with the type of screening.

For each screening and for each candidate we always provide:

  • a written report
  • a numerical and/or graphical overview
  • a verbal clarification to the customer
  • a look into the report and a feedback conversation with each candidate


The running time of our screenings can vary from a couple of hours to a whole day.
These will be organized for internal employees as well for external job-applicants and take place in our offices or on location at the customer.
