To support the Technical Services team, Brady is currently looking for a Technical Customer Support Representative (based in Zele). In this role you will report to the Team leader Technical Services. The Technical Customer Support Representative plays an important role in managing the quality issues reported by the Technical Service team. The main goal would be to get the reported issues resolved using several resources within Brady. When issues can’t be resolved short term, the QA Analyst will work with customer & internal teams towards a workaround or alternative solutions.
