I am Aagje and I started at Orpsy on 24 September 2018. I am a master’s student in Occupational Psychology and Personnel Policy, and I wanted to focus on the assessment process during my internship.

During an internship fair organised by my faculty, I quickly came into contact with Orpsy and the choice to start here was quickly made. In addition to working in the entire process of an assessment center and all the ancillary obligations within an operating company, I was also assigned my own project. Currently, I am looking for an assessment tool that can be used for various international profiles, so we can also award reliable scores to these profiles. In line with this, I am also looking for a good online option to conduct assessments.
