I am Stefanie and started working at Orpsy since January 2019. With a Master’s degree in Political Sciences in my pocket, I consciously started looking for a job within the HR world. Orpsy gave me the opportunity to further develop myself!

As a recruiter in engineering consultancy in my previous job, I have already got a feeling for the sector. After that, I started to focus more on sales as a business manager. The commercial aspect still appeals to me and I am therefore sure that this competence will still come in handy within Orpsy. This position appealed to me for several reasons: using and further developing my writing skills, the personal motives of candidates to apply, both the assessment and development centers,… You name it! I am happy to take up this challenge in the dynamic team!
