In the perspective of our international clients, cultural sensitivity was increasingly discussed when scheduling assessment and development centers. In order to keep developing as an assessment expert company, we were seeking for a new tool that could eliminate these cultural sensitivities as much as possible. In this way, we can provide more well-founded advice, while taking into account the candidate’s country of origin. After an extensive search for the perfect tool that meets our requirements, we came to Korn Ferry. They gave us the opportunity to discover Talent Q.

Talent Q consists of personality questionnaires, reasoning tests, questionnaires related to motivational aspects, leadership questionnaires, commercial questionnaires, etc. Although our current tool CEBIR still provides us with these aspects in Dutch, English, French and German, Talent Q goes a step further for international profiles. With Talent we can offer no less than 46 languages and corresponding reference categories. This ranges from Arabic to Chinese and from Portuguese to Hindi! We manage to avoid biases and provide our customers with even more reliable answers. Moreover, this tool can always be used online, allowing candidates to choose their own native language. Consecutively the further assessment can be done via Virtual applications, Skype or Conference calls.

By doing so, we strive to provide our clients with tailor-made assessment solutions.
