Although we have long been offering virtual solutions for our customers in international settings, we have broadened this offer. Both assessment and development centers, as well as career guidance and HR advice are made possible through online tools.

Candidates have to make a number of exercises in advance. These consist of assignments as well as PC simulations. We then schedule a moment in which we do three online interactions, for example, for presentations, interviews, role plays, discussion cases and so on.
