I’m Aaike and I’ve been working at Orpsy since March 2020. With a master’s degree in Clinical Psychology in my hands, I decided to enter the HR world. After an experience in recruitment, I now come home to Orpsy!

Due to my strong interest in human behaviour, I decided to study Clinical Psychology after secondary school. Once my studies were completed, I had the opportunity to work within recruitment. An opportunity I seized with both hands! The combination between interviewing candidates, client contacts and the matchmaking between both triggered me enormously. It made it clear to me that I wanted to continue to develop myself within HR. I made the decision to specialise myself more in assessment centers, for various reasons: in-depth screening, drawing up reports, contacts with candidates and clients,… Especially Orpsy’s personal and quality-oriented approach really makes a difference to me. It is an approach that I can support 100%. I am very happy that I get the opportunity to learn and to continue to develop myself in a growing organization and this specifically within a nice and dynamic team!
